Refunds and Returns Policy

We value our clients and strive to ensure that all purchases meet your expectations. Please take note of the following refund terms:

  1. Event Bookings
  • All event bookings and payments made through our website are non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend an event, your booking cannot be transferred or refunded.
  1. E-Books (Digital Products)
  • All e-book purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Once an e-book has been purchased and delivered electronically, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  1. Printed Books (Physical Products)
  • Refunds will only be considered for printed books if:
    • The book is returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
    • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client, unless the book was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
  • Once the returned book has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
  • In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
