Refunds and Returns Policy
We value our clients and strive to ensure that all purchases meet your expectations. Please take note of the following refund terms:
- Event Bookings
- All event bookings and payments made through our website are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend an event, your booking cannot be transferred or refunded.
- E-Books (Digital Products)
- All e-book purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Once an e-book has been purchased and delivered electronically, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Printed Books (Physical Products)
- Refunds will only be considered for printed books if:
- The book is returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client, unless the book was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
- Once the returned book has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
- In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
